Ziro on Tour – a fresh festival experience launching in Hyderabad's Taramati Baradari on February 1-2, 2025. Just as Ziro Festival found its home in the spectacular Ziro valley, we've chosen this stunning 17th-century heritage site as our urban sanctuary. The ancient pavilions and sprawling gardens create the same magical connection between art, heritage, and nature that defines our valley gatherings.
While distinct from our annual valley gathering, Ziro on Tour carries forward our core values: community spirit, sustainability, and passion for independent music. Join us for two days of the legendary Ziro curated performances, workshops, diverse cuisines, and artisanal markets that celebrate creativity and conscious living.

Terms and Conditions for Ziro on Tour in Hyderabad

1. Entry and Timing:

  • Gates to the festival grounds open at 10:00 AM. Visitors are advised to arrive early to make the most of their experience.

2. Tickets:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Visitors must present a valid ticket for entry. Digital or printed copies are accepted, provided they are scannable.

3. Free Entry for Children:

  • Children under the age of 12 years are granted free entry to the festival grounds, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a valid ticket.

4. Seating Policy:

  • Seating in the amphitheatre is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Seats cannot be reserved in advance or held for others.

5. Festival Grounds:

  • The festival grounds include the following areas and attractions:

    • Sun Stage

    • Vinyl Stage

    • Workshops

    • Children’s Programmes

    • Food Court

    • Flea Market

    • The amphitheatre performances require a ticket depending on the sunset or moonlight sessions. 

6. Code of Conduct:

  • Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards performers, staff, and other attendees.

  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

7. Prohibited Items:

  • Weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous by security personnel are strictly prohibited.

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless specified by the organizers.

8. Photography and Filming:

  • By attending, visitors grant permission for their photographs or videos to be captured for promotional purposes.

  • Professional photography or videography is not permitted without prior approval from the organizers.

9. Liability:

  • The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the festival.

10. Weather and Event Changes:

  • The festival will take place rain or shine. Attendees are advised to come prepared for varying weather conditions.

  • The organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule, lineup, or activities without prior notice.
